South Beach Resort and Spa features cutting edge design and vibrant colors which provide a retro feel reminiscent of South Beach, Miami. The development consists of 101 residences on 9-floors boasting quaint floor plans, contemporary finishes and private terraces.
The reinforced concrete and masonry structure rising to a height of 99’-6”, is a benchmark of Biloxi beachfront construction. The exterior of the structure features a crisp, white stucco finish that will provide contrast to the blue impact resistant glass windows and glazed mosaic tile.
