D E T A I L S
This design-build project consists two 4-story dormitories containing 96 Units / 192 Rooms with a Commons Recreation/Administration Building. The 80,572 square feet administration building and dormitories consist of structural concrete pan design with brick veneer and standing seam metal roof. This contract was completed in 18 months including the design phase.
The second project is a design-build pre-cast concrete, 89,985 square feet Mobilization Contingency Operations and Outfitting Center warehouse. This warehouse incorporates a state of the art sorting system to increase the military’s mobilization efficiency by more than 400%. This project comprised of a structural steel frame with pre-cast double tee panels and modified bituminous roof was completed in 16 months.
