This project consists of a 80,0000 square foot, single story office building for an automotive assembly plant. Work included all civil, architectural, mechanical, and electrical.
Major areas within the building are the medical and dental offices, lobby and public affairs, engineering and design, food service and cafeteria. The building has a structural steel frame with metal deck and insulated membrane roof. The exterior skin is an insulated metal panel system with integrated windows. The entrance lobby is finished with a marble floor, a ‘blue eyes’ granite logo wall and a large sloping skylight in the roof. This project was completed in 12 months.
